Women are usually in the minority at full-time MBA programs, but many schools and a number of organizations , such as the Forte Foundation, are actively working to support women MBA applicants to close the gender gap. "We are moving forward" according to the article, How MBA organizations push for gender diversity. In addition, many schools host other type of iniciatives to support women in business.
In Spain, there is a growing number of scholarship programs dedicated to foster opportunities for women. You can find a list with some examples in Becas para mujeres (in spanish)
These iniciatives are an intelligent way to promote women talent in management positions.
